Psychology Education & Mental Health

Psychology learning and mental health support, built for real people, not textbooks.

We bring together practical learning, professional support, and community. Founded by Manrehet Kaur in 2024, we're growing into a team of educators, facilitators, and qualified practitioners, offering student resources, live programmes, workshops, and services across India.

The Founder

Why Manrehet started this

Your Brain Buddy began as a small Instagram page in 2024 with one simple intention: to make psychology easier to understand and mental health conversations feel less intimidating. I wanted to create a space where students and anyone curious to learn more about psychology could find reliable, evidence-based information, practical resources, and a community that genuinely cared about learning and growing together. What started as a single page has slowly grown into something far more meaningful, a family that continues to grow every single day. Every message, every interaction, and every person who chooses to be a part of this journey reminds me why I started. I'm incredibly grateful for this community and hope Your Brain Buddy continues to be a place where people feel inspired to learn, connect, support one another, and discover the value of psychology in everyday life.
